〜Martinhas〜 2005年 初夏メニュー & 解説 update
ついに、certificate V commercial cookeryのコースで、最後の大きな取り組みである、Dinner Training
Restaurantが始った。
先日、紹介した アデレード1お勧めレストラン「Martinhas」を舞台にしてである。
これから来る人にも、すでに来て楽しんでくれた人に懐かしく思って貰うためにも、行こうか迷っている人に営業をかける意味でも、
そして、日本にいて来れない人に目で楽しんでもらう為にも、今回、初夏メニューに一新した料理を写真付で紹介しようとおもう。
